When the world feels as though it is falling apart, love is what ties the fragments back together. In reflecting on our challenging and divisive times, photographer and TheseFineWalls founder Lisa Silverman envisioned "The Love Series," a trio of images that uses typography and distress to explore the complexities of interpersonal connection. Silverman carefully tears each print and reassembles the pieces within the frame to create a physical division and reunification that is unique to every edition.

"The Love Series" is unique in that it conveys a different meaning depending on how the pieces are displayed. Alone, a single print may communicate a sense of chaos, hardship, or comfort; as a triptych, the prints impart a message of hope and reconciliation.
