Shipping and Returns

  1. How are prints sent? TheseFineWalls does our best to ensure all works are shipped with care and securely packaged. Most orders are shipped via ground transport. Larger prints (30x45 and larger) may be sent via a freight carrier. To protect against damage during transit, larger prints may also ship in a crate.

  2. Is there a shipping cost? TheseFineWalls is proud to ship all orders for no additional cost.

  3. What if my print arrives damaged? If your print arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage, as well as the interior and exterior packaging. You can email those photos along with a description of the issue to TheseFineWalls will work with you to determine whether the order needs replacement.

  4. Do you offer exchanges and returns? At TheseFineWalls, we print and frame on demand and consider all orders custom orders. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and will work with you throughout the purchase journey to ensure your order is exactly as you envision, so returns are generally not accepted. However, we recognize that things happen and we will deal with return requests on a case-by-case basis. Any shipping charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

  5. Can I cancel an order? Orders cannot be cancelled more than 24 hours after placed.

  6. Do you ship internationally? We are happy to ship worldwide! However, framed prints cannot be shipped outside of the United States. For international print orders, additional duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  7. How long will it take to receive my order? It is the goal of TheseFineWalls to have all orders shipped within 14 business days of an order being placed. Framed prints by Dina Broadhurst require a longer processing time due to the time it takes for prints to clear international customs. Please allow another 2-5 business days for shipping.   8. Can my order be rushed? TheseFineWalls knows that deadlines exist and will work with you whenever possible to rush an order. Please email within 24 hours from placing an order if you need rushed processing
